Solve bigger problems.

Help more people.

Develop stronger skills.

Become someone others can trust.

### The more value you can create,

Don't chase money.

**Chase mastery.**

Don't chase attention.

**Chase impact.**

Don't chase validation.

**Chase contribution.**

### Your effort compounds.

Every skill you build.

Every lesson you learn.

Every problem you solve.

Every person you help.

**It all adds up.**

Sometimes the reward comes quickly.

Sometimes it takes years.

But don't let the delay convince you that your effort is meaningless.
